The company Olsen GmbH & Co. KG, of Schnackenburgallee 50, 22525 Hamburg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Olsen") respects and protects the privacy of all persons who access services provided by Olsen via the website www.olsenfashion.com.
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the relevant provisions of the German federal laws on data protection (BDSG) and teleservices (TMG).
Olsen will treat as strictly confidential all data that come into its possession. This declaration explains whether and, if so, how we obtain, process and make use of your data.
We have structured our website in such a way that you can visit www.olsenfashion.com without having to submit personally-identifiable data of any kind. We only use analysis tools to save non-personally-identifiable access data such as [the name of your internet service provider (ISP), the web page from where your accessed our site or the name of any requested file]. These data are used exclusively for the purpose of improving our range of goods and services. They cannot be traced back to any individual.

If Olsen provides you with goods or services in advance (e.g. by delivering on the strength of an invoice or subsequent direct debit), Olsen may, for the purposes of its enquiries, refer your address and credit-rating details to the company CEG Creditreform Consumer GmbH, of Hellersbergstr. 11, D-41460 Neuss (Germany) or, in Austria, to Deltavista GmbH, Diefenbachgasse 35, A-1150 Wien/Vienna.
Addresses and order details will likewise be retained and processed for our own marketing purposes. If you register for our newsletter, you will receive, by e-mail or post, regular updates on Olsen and its current collections. You can register for the newsletter during the ordering process or when taking part in special promotions such as prize competitions.
Note: You are entitled, under the terms of the German federal law on data protection, to free-of-charge access to your saved personal data, and have the right to correct, block or delete these details.
