How do I put articles into the shopping basket?

Whenever you find an article that you like, just click on the ‘Add to shopping basket' button to purchase.  You can then either continue shopping in the Olsen Online Shop or go to the check-out.

You can display the contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on ‘Basket/Checkout' icon that appears in the top right-hand corner of each page on the Olsen Online Shop website.

Another useful tip: To find other products that match your desired article, click on the ‘Styling icon' on the Details page, or find further inspiration on the Matching items section. On the corresponding trends page such as Winter Days or L.A. Style you can browse other outfits in this theme.

How does Olsen advise me on choosing an article?

The Olsen Online Shop offers you advice at various pages on the website. These include in particular

Olsen Trends: This is where the Olsen Team offers you details, updated every month, of our collections in an inspired and informative way.

Olsen Advice: Colours, materials, figure  - this part of the website enables you to choose the best items for your shape and colouring.

Product Details page - we describe each product individually. Go to the Product Details page at any time to find detailed information on fitting, materials and how to create and maintain the right to look. Use our ‘Styling Icon' to display a whole series of different looks - We hope you enjoy shopping online at Olsen.

How does Olsen advise me on choosing the right size for me?

The article description on each Product Details page contains information on the fitting and cut of garments, including such details as ‘fitted at the waist', to help you find the right fitting. The Olsen sizing table and measurement feature is also integrated into each Product Details page. In the case of trousers, Olsen has its own designs created to fit the classic female figure. Examples include our ‘Anna' model, which is synonymous with a casual-looking fit and generously-sized legs. This information is likewise incorporated into the Product Details page for each model of trousers, where it can be displayed by clicking on the small ‘trousers' icon.

Does the Olsen Shop have a minimum-order rule?

There is no minimum order rule at the Olsen Online Shop.

Are the products in the Olsen Online Shop more expensive than in retail outlets?

The individual prices of our products are exactly the same as in retail stores. The price at time of ordering is binding. You may find special offers at the Olsen Online Shop, such as an offer that applies when buying a complete outfit, or voucher discount.

Do I find all the displayed articles in every retail store?

Do I need to register to place an order?

You can order without registration.

Can I return any article ordered?

We are sure that you are going to love your Olsen Europe fashion. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have two options:

  1. Exchange or return your purchase to any Olsen Europe retail store or Olsen Europe Boutique in The Bay (excluding outlet locations).
  2. 2. If you are unable to visit a store, you may ship the item(s) to the Olsen Europe warehouse using the pre-printed return label.

What is the Olsen Europe return policy

Olsen Europe return policy:

  • Unwashed, unworn, regular priced merchandise purchased on the Online Shop may be returned or exchanged at a Canadian Olsen Europe retail store (excluding outlet locations) or to the Olsen Online Shop warehouse within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise that is purchased at the Canadian Olsen Europe retail stores may not be returned or exchanged at the the Online Shop warehouse.
  • Exchanges are accepted on sale priced merchandise within 30 days of receipt.
  • Merchandise reduced by 50% or greater of the original price is not returnable.
  • Refunds will be made in the form of the original method of payment.
  • Once your return has been received, your refund will be processed excluding shipping costs.
  • Your order will be accompanied by a pre-printed return shipping label for your convenience.
  • All hangtags and labels must be attached and the original packing slip must accompany returned merchandise.
  • Returns and exchanged will only be accepted and processed with a completed return form which may be found on the back of the packing slip.

How do I find out if returned items have reached Olsen?

As soon as you post the returned items, they are on their way to the Olsen Europe Logistics Centre. As soon as the shipment arrives, we will process it as quickly as possible and send you a confirmation e-mail. Please allow a few days for the package to reach us.
